The modified atmosphere packaging machine is a new type of fresh lock modified atmosphere packaging machine which developed on the basis of the box sealing machine. It is an intelligent device that can extract out the air, fill in a certain proportion of nitrogen or mixed gas, and then seal the tray.
1. This machine is suitable for all kinds of food tray packaging, automatic filling N2 or gas mixer, sealing packaging, cutting, packaging finished products and other steps.
2. It can intall a coding machine & a labeling machine if customer needs.
3. Built-in cutter,dry and moist modes led indicator lights, suction hose jars and container food gas flush
4. The mold shape can be customized according to the packaging style selected by the customer.
5. The gas replacement rate: >98%.
6. The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas: US Imachine gas mixer or German WITT gas minxer <0.5%; Our own home made Yiteng mixer, for fixed rate it is < 1%, Adjustable proportioning mixer is < 5%, it's up to customer's demands.

2. Applies “Vacuum – Gas Filling” technology. Vacuum the chamber first, then fill in gas, much better than the old-fashion gas flushing method, which guarantees gas purity, and saves gas sources.

6. Temperature control system: higher precision temperature control system; Overheating alarm; Split type heating plate with grids, guarantees better sealing quality.
